1. SPONSOR
The HIKE® Holiday Of A Lifetime 2025 (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by HIKE Footwear, a brand operated by Hike Outdoor LLC, with its principal place of business at 30 N Gould Ste St R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, and immediate family members (defined as spouses, parents, children, and siblings) or individuals residing in the same household, whether related or not, are not eligible to enter or win.

Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on December 1, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will be disqualified. Sponsor’s server is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

4. METHODS OF ENTRY

A. Optional Entry via Purchase
Making a purchase is not required to enter. However, entrants who choose to place an order on hikefootwear.com during the Promotion Period will automatically receive entries into the Sweepstakes. All purchase-based entries are tracked via the Sponsor’s platform and its promotional partner, ViralSweep.

B. Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without making a purchase, email support@hikefootwear.com with subject "Giveaway Entry" and include your name and zip code. Entries that are incomplete or submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

5. PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will choose one (1) of the following vacation or cash reward packages, each including a bonus HIKE Comfort Pack (worth $500):

• 🏝️ Caribbean Cruise Adventure — Includes cruise tickets for two, island stopovers, and onboard relaxation.

• ❄️ Winter Retreat in North America — Includes cozy mountain accommodations, winter excursions, and seasonal dining.

• 🌴 Summer Paradise in Puerto Rico — Includes beachfront lodging, guided activities, and warm-weather leisure.

Each prize option has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of up to $20,000 USD. Travel dates will be coordinated for December 2025 or January 2026.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor or its agent on or about December 8, 2025, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The potential winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days following the drawing. The potential winner must respond within five (5) calendar days to confirm eligibility and accept the prize. If a selected entrant does not respond, is found ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.

Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, require the winner to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability/publicity release (where permitted by law), and any necessary tax documentation.

7. TAXES
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will not provide any tax advice. Winner should consult their own tax professional regarding potential tax implications.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and promotional partners from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or from acceptance or use of the prize, including, without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should any cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt by any participant to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be disqualified.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries due to system errors, internet issues, or any technical malfunction.

10. PRIVACY
Any personal information supplied by entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy posted at https://hike-footwear.com/pages/privacy-policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes.

11. GOVERNING LAW
This Sweepstakes and the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
